Fedora 10 correctly handles FA19 in various applications, including OpenOffice.

I haven’t found a decent way to locate oddball kanji, however; the character map app is pretty useless, and the Japanese input method is remarkably tedious to explore with. I’ll have to install the Chinese input methods and see if one of them offers a decent UI.
