Just a hunch, based on the somewhat-NSFW cover art.
The title translates as “Bizarre Woman” (although JMDICT has 猟奇 as “seeking the bizarre”, which doesn’t match any of the uses I’ve found; I’ll have to check my good dictionary when I get home). [Update: GG4 has it as “bizarrerie hunting”, so it really is “Woman who seeks out the bizarre”]
I’d never heard of the author, Oniroku Dan, but he died two weeks ago, which may have spurred a sudden interest in his work, increasing the visibility of his last few novels on Amazon (and by “few”, I mean nine titles in 2011, and this was not his most prolific year).
